About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support and Care Professional to join our team in Bishop Auckland. As a Support and Care Professional, you will be responsible for delivering engaging sessions and activities that promote social interaction, independence, and personal growth. You will work closely with our clients to develop personalized plans that cater to their unique needs and abilities.

The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in working with adults with learning disabilities and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A full training program will be provided to ensure the candidate has the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,369 per annum (£11.63 per hour) and a comprehensive benefits package, including generous annual leave entitlement (36 days, including bank holidays), contributory pension scheme, and healthcare package.
