We are looking for a talented individual to lead our General Management team. As General Manager (Digital Engineering), you will be responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and directing growth, operations, and programs to maintain short and long term financial and organizational viability.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Drive revenue, profit, working capital, and operational performance
  • Build and maintain a culture that promotes teamwork, coaching, and collaboration
  • Serve as the task lead for Digital Engineering, Modeling and Simulation, and automation

With 8+ years of management experience and a strong background in the Aerospace, Energy, or Defense Industry, you will be able to analyze available information to identify financial challenges and implement innovative solutions. You will also have the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects and requests simultaneously in an intense, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements:
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to proactively identify financial challenges
  • 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, physics, computer engineering, mathematics, systems engineering, or a similar field
  • Experience with implementation of digital engineering practices and tool integration in support of test and evaluation (plus)
