A Quality & Innovation Coordinator is required to support the SHEQ team in Bristol. The role includes driving healthy development & expansion, improving computer systems, and monitoring individual development and professional progression.

This position involves recognizing achievable measures to drive continuous improvement, assisting operational site teams with SHEQ support, and collaborating with the Head of Health, Safety & Environmental.

The Quality & Innovation Coordinator will be responsible for carrying out internal and external audits to manage company-wide policies and standards. You will also be working alongside the business development team to drive the business towards growth.

Fawkes and Reece, a regional specialist civil contractor, offers a fantastic opportunity for a recent construction graduate looking to enter the industry and expand their skill set.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, construction knowledge, and a strong understanding of relevant social value issues. A salary of around £45,000 per annum is expected, although this may vary depending on experience.
