**Job Summary:**

Fawkes and Reece, a regional specialist civil contractor, is seeking an Operations Quality Specialist to join their team in Bristol. This role involves working closely with the business development team to drive the company's healthy development and expansion.

The successful candidate will assist operational site teams with SHEQ support, continuously seeking ways to improve SHEQ ethics and standard practice. Key responsibilities include recognizing achievable measures to drive continuous improvement, improving computer systems, and monitoring individual development and professional progression.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for recent construction graduates looking to enter the industry and expand their skill set. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, construction knowledge, and a strong understanding of relevant social value issues.
