Estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trend Identification & Analysis: Collaborate with recruiters to identify industry trends and gaps, translating insights into impactful outreach content.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to drive outreach campaigns and increase engagement through targeted content.
  • Client Management: Field client inquiries, organize new client calls, and build strong relationships to showcase EVONA's full range of services.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine and improve the outreach and client engagement process based on feedback and results.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment across recruiting, marketing, and client relationship management efforts.
  • Growth Marketing Development: With the potential to take on full responsibility for growth marketing strategies, including lead generation, social media, and client/candidate attraction.
  • Lead Generation & Social Media: Drive lead generation and social media engagement, with a focus on expanding client, candidate, and talent acquisition networks.
