Administrative Process Manager

The Research Excellence Framework (REF) is a crucial system for assessing research quality in UK higher education institutions. As an Administrative Process Manager at UK Research and Innovation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of this process.
This role involves working closely with the Head of REF Delivery, REF Panels Manager, and REF Policy and Systems teams to manage administrative processes that support panel recruitment, policy development, engagement, panel meetings, assessment, and publication of results.
You will have extensive experience of working with senior colleagues and external stakeholders, running and evaluating complex administrative processes, and being adept at recognising the connectivity between policy development and process requirements.
This role also requires line management of colleagues, including planning, managing, and ensuring the effective delivery of administrative processes, supporting the conclusion of the REF exercise, and managing the administration of REF panels.
