**Job Title:** Business Process Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled Business Process Operations Manager to join our team at Sanderson Recruitment in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in administration and recruitment processes.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for managing information from clients and internal teams, ensuring the smooth daily operation of group house accounts. You will also coordinate interviews with client contact and/or RBP, liaise with internal recruitment teams and third-party suppliers, and record all information on our internal database throughout placement.
Requirements:
- A minimum of [£25,000 - £30,000] per annum salary
- Experience in an administration position with a good understanding of recruitment processes
- Effective communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multifunctional teams in a fast-paced environment
- IT skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel
