Job Overview:

At Semperian Business Support Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Efficiency Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective quality control processes across our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in SPC management and be able to develop and implement strategies to enhance overall efficiency and minimize defects.

The position is based on a flexible working arrangement, allowing you to work from home while visiting our Bristol office for collaboration and meetings. An estimated annual salary for this role is around £45,000-£65,000, depending on your qualifications and experience.
