We have an exciting opportunity for a Reservations Administrative Assistant to join our Real Estate team in Bristol. This role will work closely with our conveyancers, processing sales reservations from house builder clients, and providing wider administrative support to ensure new home sales transactions are completed smoothly.

The position is based in our Bristol office with the possibility of some home working. You will be a part of the Plots team, which sits within Real Estate and works closely with other areas of the business. Our administrative team plays a key role in the new homes sales process from start to finish, and this is a great opportunity to learn new skills in a fast-paced and interesting sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all new home sale reservations received from house builder clients, receiving workflow and instructions from the admin team leader.
  • Ensure that sale reservation forms are processed correctly and efficiently through our case management system, and within strict KPI deadlines.
  • Create and send initial letters, sale contracts, and accompanying documentation.
  • Liaise with client sales teams regarding reservation forms as required.
  • Demonstrate excellent IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Show a proactive approach to workload, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
