Job Title: Adoption Process Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to coordinate the adoption process for roads, sewers, pumping stations, and public open spaces within Vistry Bristol's Western Region.
About the RoleAs our Adoption Process Specialist, you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the efficient handover of estates to Management Companies, controlling bonds and associated costs. Your expertise will enable seamless transitions and minimize financial risks.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the adoption process for roads, sewers, pumping stations, and public open spaces.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful transfer of estates to Management Companies.
- Monitor and control bonds and costs associated with these processes.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Experience in a similar field would be beneficial.
Estimated Salary Range:$68,000 - $88,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
