Nuclear Restoration Services Limited (NRS) is a dynamic organisation dedicated to managing the UK's civil nuclear legacy. We are seeking an Adoption and Change Management Specialist to drive the adoption of new technologies and digital processes within the company.

About the Role

This challenging role requires an individual with strong change management skills, ideally ADKAR or Prosci trained. The successful candidate will have a background in ensuring smooth transitions and delivering business outcomes through digital transformation projects.

The role will involve developing and implementing change management strategies, conducting impact analysis, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders. Additionally, the successful candidate will design and deliver training programs to support user adoption and proficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing change management strategies and plans to support adoption of new technologies and processes
  • Conducting impact analysis, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders
  • Designing and delivering training programs to support user adoption and proficiency
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of change management activities and making adjustments as needed

The salary for this position is approximately £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
