Adoption Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Child Protection Specialist to join our Frontline Team at Charles Hunter Associates. As a dedicated professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable children and their families.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Social Work and a minimum of 3 years post-qualifying experience in frontline and assessment work. A valid Social Work England registration is also essential. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £40 per hour, paid on an umbrella basis or via PAYE.
Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with children and families from various services to ensure optimal outcomes, conducting visits, and making decisions that prioritize child safety and protection. Your expertise in working within fast-paced frontline teams, such as Child Protection and Referral and Assessment, will be invaluable in this role.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW).
- Possess 3 years of post-qualifying experience in frontline and assessment work.
- Have a valid Social Work England registration.
