Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Adoptions Manager to join our team at Vistry Bristol, working closely with the Build and Commercial Departments. This exciting opportunity will see you responsible for ensuring a timely sign-off/handover of roads, sewers, pump stations, play areas, and open spaces on historic and new developments.

You will work collaboratively with the Technical Coordinators, Design Consultants, and Solicitors to ensure that infrastructure agreements (S278, S38, S104, S185) and Deeds are in place. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving issues arising from completed sites, ensuring all titles deeds, maintenance bonds, and other legal requirements are complied with.
