Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with extensive experience in Workday-focused projects to join our Technology Department at Slaughter and May. This role will involve leading cross-functional project teams, guiding critical Workday-related initiatives, and shaping the firm's HR and Recruitment technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise between technical and non-technical teams to ensure effective communication and mutual understanding
  • Lead requirements analysis and provide thorough, well-documented insights to guide solution design and decision-making
  • Collaborate with PMO project managers to ensure alignment on project goals and accountability for knowledge transfer and skills development

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
