Job Title: Senior HR Systems and MI Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems specialist to join our team as a Senior HR Systems and MI Business Analyst.

Farrer & Co is a leading law firm that provides high-quality legal advice and services to individuals, families, businesses, and organizations.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing current systems and implementing changes in collaboration with the Senior Reward and Benefits Manager and Head of HR Operations.
  • Acting as a super-user of the HR system (Cascade) and providing training to users within the HR Team and wider firm.
  • Supporting the Senior Reward and Benefits Manager in the annual salary and bonus review process.
  • Ensuring data integrity and compliance on the HR and Payroll system in line with GDPR and the Data Protection Act.
  • Designing and producing complex reports using Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR Systems within a legal or professional services industry.
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications, including Power BI.
  • Strong data presentation and analytical skills.
  • Able to stay focused and organized, with high attention to detail.
