Management Accountant

Vitae Financial Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our client's team on an interim basis. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial reporting, analysis, and business partnering support to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful explanations for any differences.
- Support the UK Finance Manager in ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve processes and controls, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist the FP&A team in budgeting and forecasting.
- Part-qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
- Proven experience in management accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze complex financial data.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
