Role Overview

Caterpillar Inc. is a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines, industrial gas turbines, and diesel-electric locomotives.

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team in Stafford, United Kingdom. As a key member of our Technical Services department, you will be responsible for delivering People, Quality, Velocity, and Cost (PQVC) improvements using the Caterpillar Production System (Lean Manufacturing) Principles.

Your role will involve working on diverse business projects, either as part of a team or individually tackling complex problems. You will have the opportunity to develop and install new control processes, identify opportunities for process and facility improvements, and investigate new technologies and solutions for production processes.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £22,450 per annum, plus additional benefits including Share Scheme, Pension, Flexible working, and 25 days annual leave.
