Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change management efforts.

Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year.
