As an Electronics Engineer with this innovative team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of naval defence technology. You will be responsible for designing, manufacturing, and supplying advanced power-dense, high-integrity electronics.

  • Create electronic circuit designs to meet project requirements.
  • Analyse electronic circuit performance to optimise results.
  • Develop system requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with customers on technical and project matters to achieve success.
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with local procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar qualification.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced Agile environment.
  • Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and techniques to drive innovation.
  • Fundamentals of analogue and digital design principles.
  • Experience with PCB layout supervision to streamline production.

This position offers a rewarding package, including a competitive salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, along with benefits such as flexible working hours, annual bonus, life assurance, pension scheme, Xmas shut down, and 25 days holiday.
