We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our manufacturing team in Stafford, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring production targets are met in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate Machinery and Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment to meet production targets.
- Assemble Products: Assemble products according to company specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Quality Control: Perform quality checks on finished products and report defects to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Production Targets: Ensure production targets and deadlines are met, working collaboratively with the team to achieve goals.
- Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines and procedures.
- Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure high-quality products.
- Physical Fitness: Possess physical fitness for manual handling tasks and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
