About the Job

As a Production Optimization Specialist at our company in Stafford, VA, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and improving productivity. You will analyze data to identify areas for improvement, optimize processes, and implement changes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, reviewing processes and systems to enhance productivity and efficiency, conducting quality control reviews to recommend procedures for resolving production problems or minimizing costs, interacting with DCMA on matters related to the production contract, preparing proposals, serving as witness for Performance Based Payment contract items, developing reports and documentation, conducting technical assessments, and participating in Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR) process.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in engineering or other technical/scientific discipline, or equivalent experience. DAWIA Certification or equivalent training in the Systems Engineering/IT/Computer or Testing field is also required. Experience with SETRs and documentation, as well as developing acquisition documentation to support programs in achieving required milestones/events, is necessary. You should be able to effectively work independently and as part of an integrated team of Government and non-Government stakeholders. Strong oral/written communication skills, analytical capabilities, and ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance are also required.

Salary and Benefits
