Outbound Sales Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Telesales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our security services and products, working closely with the business development team to identify and pursue new leads. If you have a passion for sales and are confident in your ability to make outbound calls, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell security services and products to potential clients through outbound calling campaigns.
- Identify and pursue new leads, working closely with the business development team to develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a strong understanding of the market and competition.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results under pressure.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation and Benefits
Up to £22.5k basic salary plus commission, providing a competitive and attractive compensation package.
