Business Development Representative

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 2:30pm
Estimated Salary: £22.5k basic plus commission
We are seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Telesales Executive.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar customer-focused role. They will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell security services and products, providing detailed information about our solutions, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and maintaining a positive relationship with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell security services and products.
- Provide detailed information about our security solutions, addressing client inquiries effectively.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up with prospects.
- Maintain and update customer database with relevant information.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive relationship with prospective clients.
- Upsell and cross-sell other products that may be useful for clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar customer-focused role.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Resilient and positive nature, able to handle rejection.
