Telesales Executive Job Role:

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell our security services and products. This role requires strong communication and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to handle objections and maintain a positive relationship with prospective clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell our security services and products
  • Provide detailed information about our security solutions, addressing client inquiries effectively
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up with prospects
  • Maintain and update customer database with relevant information
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive relationship with prospective clients
  • Upsell and cross-sell other products that may be useful for clients

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales or a similar customer-focused role
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time efficiently
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Resilient and positive nature able to handle rejection
