Office Coordinator

We are a recruitment agency, acting on behalf of our clients. We are seeking an office coordinator to join our team at Amber Employment Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing correspondence, and ensuring the smooth running of the office. This is an on-site position, working 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday. The assignment will run for six months, with the potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing emails, diaries, and correspondence
* Scheduling and coordinating meetings with action logs
* Booking travel arrangements and processing expense claims
* Organising furniture moves, sourcing stationery, and equipment
Requirements
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a multi-tasking environment
* Strong initiative and natural organisational abilities
Benefits
Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
