Business Operations Specialist

A business operations specialist is needed to provide administrative support in a busy office environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, and have strong organizational abilities. This role involves managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Responsibilities
* Managing emails, diaries, and correspondence
* Scheduling and coordinating meetings with action logs
* Booking travel arrangements and processing expense claims
* Organising furniture moves, sourcing stationery, and equipment
About the Role
This six-month assignment offers a great opportunity to work in a professional leadership team. The facilities administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of the office, and being the gatekeeper for the team. This is an on-site position, working 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
