Electrical Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team at National Grid. As an Electrical Systems Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our electrical systems.
**Job Summary:**
As an Electrical Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the testing and maintenance of electrical equipment
- Developing knowledge of electrical power protection and plant commissioning systems
- Providing technical support to engineering teams
- Collaborating with colleagues to diagnose and resolve faults
**Salary and Benefits:**
We offer a competitive salary: £29,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including free food, accommodation, and travel. You will also receive 26 days annual leave plus statutory holidays.
**Requirements:**
- A valid UK driving license (obtained at least 3 months prior to start date)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Possession of a Higher National Certificate in Electrical Power Protection and Plant Commissioning (or equivalent)
