Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering digital and social media strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement. You will work closely with our Customer Marketing Managers to identify opportunities and develop campaigns that meet our commercial and strategic goals. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing project plans and managing priorities and workflow distribution.
  • Managing quality across materials and producing error-free work (content, process, and documentation, file management, tracking and follow-up of open issues).
  • Resolving project issues with a positive attitude, remaining calm and focused when faced with challenges.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 4-6 years of total work experience, including 2-3 years in online marketing/communications.
  • Experience in editorial writing, especially for the online audience.
  • Experience in social media management and reporting systems (e.g., Khoros).
