Job Overview

We are seeking a Global Practice Growth Manager to join our team at Herbert Smith Freehills LLP. As a key member of our ESG practice, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue generation through targeted business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and revenue generation for our ESG practice.
  • Establish and maintain key relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide thought leadership on ESG matters and develop content to promote our expertise and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality pitches and proposals that meet client needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or similar) preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in a business development role in a corporate or partnership environment, with a particular focus on practice development and strategic selling.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trusting relationships with the partnership and business services alike.
  • Experience project managing key pitches and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Strong project management skills, sound organisational, planning and project administrative skills.
  • Demonstrates commercial awareness.
