**About Us**

LAW Absolute, a truly global law firm, is seeking an experienced **Global Practice Manager** to support the Litigation, Arbitration, and Investigations practice.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully driving business development initiatives and have experience working in a similar role within a global law firm. Your role will involve assisting partners and associates with the development and implementation of business development plans and initiatives, including client targeting, product-specific business development, and raising the internal and external profile of the practice.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of expertise required for the position.

**Job Responsibilities**

  • Assist partners and associates with the development and implementation of business development plans and initiatives
  • Drive business development initiatives, including client targeting, product-specific business development, and raising the internal and external profile of the practice
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to partners and associates on business development matters
