Job Description:

This is a stand-alone generalist HR role encompassing all aspects of the employee life cycle whilst continually ensuring and improving the employee experience.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Delivering all core HR processes including talent reviews, performance management and reward
  • Partnering with hiring managers and external agencies to deliver the recruitment strategy
  • Ensuring a first-class onboarding experience for new employees
  • Promoting and leading on health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Embedding our values across all HR processes

We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as an HR Operations Lead. The successful candidate will have previous experience operating at HR Business Partner / Manager level in a dynamic small business environment.

Salary Range: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Oxford, with flexible working options available.
