Children and Young People's Support Specialist

About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a case load of children & young people, working closely with partner agencies to support them achieve positive change. This will involve specialist assessments, care planning, and delivering evidence-based psychosocial brief and structured interventions through one-to-one appointments, groups, and online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold and manage a caseload of children & young people across the South Oxfordshire area.
- Work with a trauma-informed approach to provide specialist assessments, care planning, and deliver evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate with partner agencies to support young people to achieve positive change.
Requirements: It is essential that the successful candidate has a full driving license. This post is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure. Covering relevant barred lists. Estimated salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum.
