Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a People Management Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to drive our talent strategy, enhance employee experience, and support ambitious growth plans in a fast-growing environment.

About the Role:

This role will oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, training management, performance management, remuneration, benefits, and relations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversight of the HR function, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  2. Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the business's objectives
  3. Providing HR advice and guidance to the leadership team
  4. Attracting, recruiting, and hiring top talent to meet evolving needs
  5. Maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment
  6. Reviewing and advising on performance expectations and goals for employees
  7. Identifying training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills
  8. Reviewing and managing the remuneration and benefits strategy
  9. Oversight of payroll operations
  10. Handling employee relations issues promptly and effectively
  11. Implementing and maintaining the HR system and processes

Your Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience as a People professional with 5+ years in HR management roles, preferably in small to medium-sized organisations
  • Strong communication and engagement skills
  • Proficiency in HR management software and systems
  • An innovative thinker and project manager
  • Demonstrated experience with team leadership and management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
