About the Role

This People Operations Executive position is an excellent opportunity to join a pioneering company in the biotech industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping our organisational culture and driving people operations strategies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Designing and implementing performance management frameworks to drive employee growth.
  2. Championing well-being programs to promote a healthy work-life balance.
  3. Spearheading HR system optimisation to ensure accurate data and GDPR compliance.
  4. Overseeing UK benefits programs and contributing to global benefits renewals.
  5. Collaborating with teams across locations to promote integration and culture alignment.

We offer a competitive salary package, including up to £75,000 + 10% discretionary bonus + equity. You will also enjoy 27 days leave + time off over Christmas and opportunities for professional growth, including progression to Head of People.
