Location: Oxford, UK
Salary: £75,000 per annum
About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Operations and Compliance Executive to join our team in Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that contracts are managed effectively, and that all stakeholders are satisfied with service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with SLAs.
- To monitor and report on contract performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- To work closely with the operations team to ensure that contracts are delivered on time and within budget.
- To maintain accurate records and reports to support business decisions.
- To provide excellent customer service and ensure that all stakeholders are satisfied with service delivery.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- A recognised hard services industry qualification.
- Experience managing TFM within Pharmaceutical or process-controlled environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
