Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Security and Infrastructure Director to lead our critical IT operations and infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing diverse IT infrastructure and security protocols in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to develop and execute security strategies and roadmaps, implement and manage robust infrastructure and operational systems, and oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute security strategies and roadmaps.
  2. Implement and manage robust infrastructure and operational systems.
  3. Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  4. Manage systems to ensure compliance with relevant governance and security standards.
  5. Identify emerging technologies to enhance IT capabilities, productivity, and competitiveness.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record in managing diverse IT infrastructure and security protocols in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Strong understanding of governance and compliance frameworks such as SOX, ISO, or ITIL.
  3. Hands-on expertise in security tools, enterprise technologies, and system architecture.
  4. Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strategic thinking in IT operations.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, Humand offers a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
