About the Role

In this role, you will oversee the implementation of our advanced security framework and management systems in a Hybrid environment. You will work closely with our IT Director and Chief Information Officer to develop secure, reliable systems that meet business needs.

  • Cyber Security and Infrastructure Architecture: Assist in designing and architecting our IT infrastructure and Cyber Security solutions to meet business requirements, scalability needs, industry, and security standards.
  • Implementation and Deployment: Oversee the implementation and deployment of our Cyber Security technical programs and assist with infrastructure projects, including HCI, IaaS, (servers, networks, storage), virtualisation and Cloud technologies.
  • Network Management: Knowledge of NAC security, SD-WAN, switching, and configuring and maintaining network devices, such as routers, switches, firewalls to ensure reliable and secure network connectivity.
  • Security Management: Implement and manage our security measures to protect IT infrastructure and our employees against unauthorised access, cyber threats, and data breaches aligning to our security practices and frameworks.
  • Monitoring and Performance Tuning: Implement monitoring tools and processes to proactively monitor our risk profile, our cyber health, update performance, and attack paths within our environment. Performing performance tuning, automation through our SIEM/SOAR to optimise our IT systems.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Developing or amend our security policies and protocols to ensure we maintain a robust security stance. Creating and maintaining our technical documentation, including system configurations, network diagrams, and operational procedures. Provide cyber security posture reports and our cyber compliance reporting requirements.
