Oxford, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom Longwall Security Full time
About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive business growth and expand our client base. This vital role involves building strong relationships at senior, technical & non-technical levels, and creating opportunities to maximise value for Longwall and our clients.

Reporting to the Sales Director and collaborating with the marketing, consulting, and technical teams, you'll nurture relationships, identify new opportunities, and manage proposals and renewals. Aligned with an SDR, you'll focus on developing new logo opportunities and serve as the first point of contact, representing our brand and aligning clients' objectives with our portfolio.

This hybrid role includes 1-2 days of travel per week to the company office, client sites or other locations as needed in the performance of the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to ensure renewal and growth in revenue for each client.
  • Build a robust upsell pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Proactively manage the renewal process, ensuring timely renewals for all assigned clients.
  • Expand our relationships within each client to a more senior level where needed.
  • Visit client sites and/or attend regular in-person meetings and liaise with channel partners as appropriate to grow accounts.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly scorecard metrics and complete any other internal reporting requirements.
About You

We welcome ambitious Account Managers with experience managing large accounts in a high-value consultancy. You excel at building relationships at both technical and senior levels, with a consultative rather than sales-heavy style. You will have a good grasp of complex technical concepts and strategic outcomes, along with high energy, enthusiasm, and strong interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. The role offers unlimited opportunity to shape your future in a focused and supportive environment.
