As a Dental Lab Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the laboratory operations, managing the team, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will work closely with our existing team of creative and dedicated individuals to drive the success of our business.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a management role, preferably in dentistry, and be proficient in using MS Applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience of using Xero for accounts management would be beneficial.

We offer a competitive salary package of £25-30k per annum, based on experience and training requirements, plus up to £5k bonus based on EBITDA (profit) reaching strategic targets. You will also enjoy private medical insurance coverage and flexible working hours.
