Commonwealth Dentistry is looking for a talented Oral Health Practitioner to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will work closely with our dentists to provide high-quality patient care and meet the oral health needs of our community.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing dental condition and needs, delivering direct patient care, and taking radiographs required for diagnosis. Additionally, the candidate will apply sealants and fluorides, maintain electronic records, and document patient dental history and chief complaint.

Requirements:

  • Individual must be reliable and able to work independently with good judgment
  • Completed dental hygiene certificate program or Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene and current Hygienist license for the state of Virginia
  • Ability to demonstrate a teamwork approach to job responsibilities
  • Ability to follow instructions and take responsibility for own actions
