Job Description: As a Team Leader within the Integrated Adult Services, you will work closely with senior social workers and health team leads. Your role will involve maintaining clinical skills while managing and leading physiotherapists and other Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) within the team. You will be responsible for operational management and service delivery, including budget management and acting as a clinical lead to ensure a high-quality person-centered service to patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications: A driving license is desirable, but not essential. The successful candidate must have strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to maintain clinical expertise while overseeing the team's operations.
