As a Band 6 specialist dietician, you will play a crucial role in developing practice and providing a clinical service to the adult acute dietetic oncology team.

The estimated salary for this position is £43,041 - £74,087 per annum, depending on experience.

This permanent, full-time post involves working 37 hours a week with a shift pattern of 5 over 7. You will be based between the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital and the Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre.

To be successful, you should have a BSc in Human Nutrition & Dietetics, HCPC registration, and Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) membership scheme. Experience in providing complex nutrition support within oncology specialties is also essential.

Clinical support and training will be provided from the onset, given the nature of this complex area. You will work closely with the adult acute dietetic oncology team to develop practice and provide a clinical service to the National Haematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant/Haemato-oncology service, Head and Neck cancer service, and Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre.
