Job Title: Programme Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Programme Coordinator to support the management and delivery of projects under the Thames Water Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget limitations.
  • Management of project documentation, including development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective information sharing throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Proven administrative experience in a project-related role, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum HNC qualification in a relevant subject is desirable.
  • SMSTS safety qualification and relevant CSCS card are also desirable.
  • Experience in a similar role ideally within the Water Industry.
