Job Description

This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in shaping our training offering, working closely with our Global Training Lead to drive capacity development training and project management initiatives. You'll have the chance to combine your expertise in creating engaging training materials with project management skills to deliver impactful programmes across the organization.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

  1. Support the delivery of the Training Team's work plan
  2. Contribute to and lead project work to drive training programmes across the organization
  3. Advise colleagues globally on translating complex ideas into clear and effective training material
  4. Liaise with external partners to promote and share training courses
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong project management abilities with experience working to tight timelines
  • Experience in a training role within an international organization or education/training institution
  • Culturally sensitive and able to work with diverse international teams
  • Graphic design skills or basic programming skills
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline
