Sugarman Health & Wellbeing is currently recruiting for an experienced Forensic Support Worker to provide support to individuals with autism and forensic backgrounds in Macclesfield. This rewarding role requires a male candidate due to the specific needs of our service users. As a key member of our team, you will provide 1:1 support, conduct continuous risk assessments, and maintain a non-judgemental and supportive approach at all times.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in 1:1 support, particularly with individuals with autism and forensic backgrounds. You will have excellent observational skills, be highly proactive in identifying and addressing potential risks, and be able to work collaboratively with other team members to deliver high-quality care.

The salary for this role is £13 per hour, and you will be required to commit to 24-hour shifts (8am to 8am). As a valued member of our team, you will benefit from ongoing training and development opportunities, supportive working conditions, and opportunities for clear progression to team leader or house manager roles.
