We are seeking a skilled Forensic Support Worker to join our team at Sugarman Health & Wellbeing in Macclesfield. As a male candidate, you will provide 1:1 support to individuals with autism and forensic backgrounds, focusing on their safety and well-being through constant risk assessments.

Your expertise in 1:1 support, particularly with individuals with autism and forensic backgrounds, will be invaluable in delivering high-quality care. Strong observational skills, a non-judgemental attitude, and the ability to work 24-hour shifts are essential for this role.

Job Requirements
  • Experience in 1:1 support, particularly with individuals with autism and forensic backgrounds.
  • Ability to conduct continuous risk assessments.
  • Non-judgemental and supportive attitude.
  • Willingness to work 24-hour shifts (8am to 8am).
  • Enhanced DBS required.
