About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and caring Autism Support Professional to join our team at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a male service user who lives in his own home in Macclesfield. As a vital member of our care team, you will promote independence, safety, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure the service user can live as independently as possible in their own home.
  • To engage with activities that enhance their quality of life and sense of community.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support. You will need to attend MAPA training and demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and development. A full enhanced DBS and up-to-date CV are also essential.
