What We're Looking For
  • A good communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Patient, confident, and enthusiastic about caring for others
  • The ability to use your own initiative and work independently
  • Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern to provide 24-hour support

We don't ask for any relevant training or previous experience in care – full training will be provided. You just need a willingness to learn and develop.

Your pay will be £12.00 per hour for all worked hours. As a value-based employer, we genuinely care about the people we support and are seeking like-minded individuals to join our team.

Our Work Environment

We work flexible shifts which may include Days, Waking Nights, Sleep ins, and Weekends. Our Support Workers work in community-based services, Independent Hospitals, or Adult Care Homes, providing personalised support and tailoring our services to the needs and aspirations of the people we support.
