Support Care Worker

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care. You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, think creatively, and be able to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues alike.

You will be responsible for getting involved in activities, ensuring the service user's health needs are met, and supporting them to achieve their goals. You will also need to be able to attend the Management of Actual or Potential Aggression (MAPA) training provided by Sugarman Health & Wellbeing.
