A leading company in the IT & Telecoms sector is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Business Development Executive.

This role offers opportunities for growth and development, with a clear path for advancement to an Account Manager position, where you will manage your own accounts and take on key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs
  • Develop new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Establish relationships with potential clients and gather feedback
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on products and services
  • Monitor and report on sales and financial data
  • Ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences
  • Negotiate and close deals, resolving customer complaints and objections
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or a relevant role
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is an asset
  • Strong understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude for delivering compelling presentations

Benefits:

  • Uncapped commission at 10% of the margin, applicable to both one-time and recurring payments

Estimated Salary: Up to 拢30,000 per annum. The salary range is competitive and reflective of industry standards.
